Intentional Life

The intentional life does not function at the whim of tendencies and inclinations and calls it life.



"Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won't be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will no be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like truth." - The Bible (Ephesians 4:14)

Purpose

A life ruled by purpose avoids the rule of life by nerve-endings.



"They are headed for destruction. Their god is their appetite, they brag about shameful things, and they think only about this life here on earth." - The Bible (Philippians 3:19)

Family

Your family life needs to fit into a larger purpose, a purpose that is comprehensive, constructive, and cohesive. That purpose can't leave out the family nor destroy it. But your family should never be confused about who is most important in your life. And that is neither yourself nor them.



Unless the LORD builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted. Unless the LORD protects a city, guarding it with sentries will do no good. - The Bible (Psalm 127:1)

Values

A person's values bridge the gap between belief and behavior, knowledge and action, hearing and doing.



Someone told Jesus, "Your mother and Your brothers are outside, and they want to see You." Jesus replied, "My mother and My brothers are all those who hear God's Word and obey it." - The Bible (Luke 8:20-21)
